SHEET PAN DINNER: HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN & VEGGIES
Ingredients: Here’s What You Need
Honey Garlic Sauce

¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

1 Tablespoon Sweet Chili Sauce
-
2 Tablespoons honey
-
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Chicken and vegetables:

1 Pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed

3 cups broccoli florets
-
2 cups pea pods
-
1 cup shelled edamame
Recipe: Follow These Steps:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, garlic, and ground ginger until combined. Bring to a simmer and stir frequently. Remove from heat and allow the sauce to thicken for several minutes.

Lightly spray a large sheet pan with cooking spray. Arrange chicken and vegetables on the sheet pan. Pour honey garlic sauce evenly over chicken and vegetables. Stir to combine. Place sheet pan in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes. Chicken should be cooked through and vegetables slightly crunchy.
