Sweet & Savory Beef with Grilled Pineapple

(makes 4 servings)

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • fresh pineapple slices
  1. On a grill pan, grill pineapple slices 2-3 minutes per side.
  2. In a medium skillet, brown ground beef with garlic. Add coconut aminos and mix well to combine.
  3. Add spinach and mix until wilted.
  4. Place the beef mixture over the grilled pineapple slices.
  5. Enjoy!
