Turkey Kofta Skewers

(makes 4 servings)

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, finely chopped
  • fresh dill, chopped
  1. Preheat grill to medium.
  2. Combine turkey, garlic, cumin, parsley, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Form mixture onto 8 skewers
  4. Grill 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through
  5. Mix yogurt, cucumber, and dill in a small bowl.
  6. Serve skewers with yogurt sauce.
  7. Enjoy!
