Turkey Pesto Bean Salad

(makes one serving)

  • 4 oz sliced turkey breast, chopped
  • 1/2 cup canned cannellini beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • black pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients until evenly coated. Enjoy!
