Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie
(makes one serving)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1-2 scoops of your favorite vanilla-flavored protein powder
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- handful of ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until it is the desired consistency.
