- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup almond flour (or oat flour)
- ¼ cup coconut oil or butter, melted
- ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spread sliced apples evenly in a greased 8×8 baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup until crumbly.
- Sprinkle mixture evenly over apples.
