Warm Apple Crisp

Warm Apple Crisp (makes 6 servings)
  • 5 medium apples (Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Granny Smith), sliced
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond flour (or oat flour)
  • ¼ cup coconut oil or butter, melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread sliced apples evenly in a greased 8×8 baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle mixture evenly over apples.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until topping is golden brown and apples are soft.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
  7. Enjoy!
