(makes 4 servings)
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- salt, to taste
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, finely chopped
- fresh dill, chopped
- Preheat grill to medium.
- Combine turkey, garlic, cumin, parsley, and salt in a bowl.
- Form mixture onto 8 skewers
- Grill 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through
- Mix yogurt, cucumber, and dill in a small bowl.
- Serve skewers with yogurt sauce.
