(makes one serving)
- 1 can albacore tuna, in water (drained)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- salt and pepper, to taste
- In a small mixing bowl, combine tuna, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours
- When ready to eat, use the sliced cucumbers as “chips” to scoop wit
