1/2 cup mashed sweet potato

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup fresh berries

1 tablespoon chopped nuts

1 teaspoon honey

Add mashed sweet potato to a bowl (can be eaten warmed or cold).

Top mashed sweet potato with Greek yogurt, berries, and chopped nuts.
