Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl

(makes 1 serving)

  • 1/2 cup mashed sweet potato

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup fresh berries

  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  1. Add mashed sweet potato to a bowl (can be eaten warmed or cold).

  2. Top mashed sweet potato with Greek yogurt, berries, and chopped nuts.

  3. Drizzle honey over the top and enjoy!
