SOUTHWEST SKILLET

Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

  • 1 pound ground turkey (omit for a vegetarian option)

  • 2 medium zucchini, diced

  • 2 bell peppers, diced

  • 2 tsp. garlic powder

  • 2 tsp. cumin

  • 2 tsp. chili powder

  • 1 tsp. onion powder

  • 1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes

  • 1 can green chiles

  • 1 can black beans, drained

Recipe: Follow These Step

  • In a large skillet, brown ground turkey until cooked through.

  • Add zucchini and bell peppers. Cook 3-4 minutes.

  • Add seasonings, tomatoes, black beans, green chiles, and tomatoes.

  • Cook until warmed through and zucchini and peppers have softened.
