- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs, pinch red pepper flakes
- Toss chicken and veggies with oil and spices.
- Spread evenly on a sheet pan.
- Roast 25-30 min at 425°F.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan after baking.
