- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning of choice
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Pat chickpeas dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- Place chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and toss with olive oil, salt, and seasonings of your choice to coat.
- Roast for 30-45 minutes until crispy.
- Toss every 10 minutes to prevent burning.
