Roasted Chickpeas

 

(makes 4 servings)

  •  1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  •  1 teaspoon olive oil
  •  1/2 teaspoon salt
  •  1/2 teaspoon seasoning of choice
  1.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2.  Pat chickpeas dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  3.  Place chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and toss with olive oil, salt, and seasonings of your choice to coat.
  4.  Roast for 30-45 minutes until crispy.
  5. Toss every 10 minutes to prevent burning.
  6. Enjoy!
