- 1 cup strawberries, halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 orange, segmented or chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped
- pinch of sea salt to enhance sweetness
- In a large bowl, combine all the chopped fruit.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the citrus juices, mint, honey, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
- Chill for 15–30 minutes if desired, or serve immediately.
