Protein Waffles


It’s Coach Amie back with Forking Made Easy: a collection of easy-to-follow recipes to make eating healthy taste good. This week’s menu features Protein Waffles. Full recipe is posted below.


Protein Waffles

(makes 2 servings)

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup egg whites

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • dash of cinnamon

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Pulse until mixture is a batter consistency.

  2. Pour batter onto a heated waffle iron and cook until done through.
