1/2 cup high-quality cocoa powder

1/2 cup chocolate protein powder

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup water

Pinch or two of flaky sea salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Lightly spray an 8×8 baking pan with cooking spray or oil of your choice.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, protein powder, and Greek yogurt. Mix well.

Slowly add water a few tablespoons at a time until the mixture resembles a brownie batter consistency.

Pour batter into the prepared pan, spread evenly to cover all edges, sprinkle with sea salt and bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool completely and refrigerate for several hours before cutting.
