COTTAGE CHEESE BREAKFAST BOWLS

Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

Strawberry Almond

(Makes 1 serving)

  • ½-1 cup of cottage cheese

  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 1-2 teaspoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon almonds, chopped or sliced

Apple Cinnamon

(Makes 1 serving)

  • ½-1 cup of cottage cheese

  • 1 medium apple, diced

  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

  • Dash of cinnamon

California Style

(Makes 1 serving)

  • ½-1 cup of cottage cheese

  • 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced

  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ½ avocado, diced

  • 1 tsp. “Everything But the Bagel” seasoning
