Honey Garlic Brussel Sprouts

It’s Coach Amie back with Forking Made Easy: a collection of easy-to-follow recipes to make eating healthy taste good. This week’s menu features Honey Garlic Brussels Sprouts. Full recipe is posted below: (makes 6 servings)
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and toss well to combine.
  3. Add seasoned Brussels sprouts to the baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sprouts are tender and lightly browned.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
