Before Rise Up, my eating habits were the largest obstacle getting in the way of seeing better results. For me, the biggest struggle was eating excessive amounts of processed carbs. My biggest fear before deciding to try Rise Up was failure. I didn’t have the confidence in myself that I would stick to the program. However, the more I learned about the program, read stories like these and talked with the coaches, I decided it was time to overcome those fears and sign up. I knew that to make change, I needed to be held accountable and the Rise Up program would do that for me.
WHAT HAPPENED WITH RISE UP
Rise Up helped me overcome my biggest fears and obstacles by holding me accountable and not only telling me what to eat, but WHY I should eat / focus on certain types of foods. Thanks to Rise Up, I developed a better relationship with food and came to the realization food is fuel for my body. Rise Up gave me clear, but not super strict, guidelines to stick to and held me accountable for my eating habits.
The weekly check-in’s from my coach held me accountable. It’s easy to lie to yourself, but I didn’t want to lie to them. And, they make it easy! I didn’t have to weigh my food or count calories. It was all about healthy portion sizes and eating the right types of food. Getting weekly feedback from my coach via these check-in’s ensured I stayed focus. I always knew I had someone by my side cheering me along the way.
Another important part of Rise Up for me was the cookbook. Having access to so many recipes made it so much easier to achieve my goals. I didn’t have to search through countless recipes on the Internet to find something that abided by my “diet” and would taste good – it was all laid out for me! The entire program is set up to make it as easy as possible for you to succeed – and that’s why I did! By having these guidelines plus a cookbook and weekly check-ins, I successfully overcame my old unhealthy eating habits. In 6 weeks, I gained the confidence and skills I needed to keep my progress going. I am confident in my clothes, food no longer feels like the enemy and I have control. I am excited about my results and just want to keep going!
Rise Up is a program providing you with the structure necessary to succeed and accomplish your goals. It’s not like any other nutrition/diet/workout plan out there. It is a logical, achievable and sustainable program holding you accountable without judgement. When I wrote down my 6-week goal for Rise Up, I thought it was incredibly lofty. By the end, I actually surpassed my goal. If you actually want to change, this is the program for you!
