High-Protein Latte

(makes one serving)

  • 1 cup hot brewed coffee or 2 espresso shots
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Heat milk until warm (not boiling).
  2. Add warm milk and protein powder to a blender or shaker. Blend until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Pour protein milk into coffee and stir well.
  4. Add cinnamon, vanilla, and honey or maple syrup
