- 1 cup hot brewed coffee or 2 espresso shots
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Heat milk until warm (not boiling).
- Add warm milk and protein powder to a blender or shaker. Blend until smooth and lump-free.
