WHO CARES ABOUT HYDRATION? YOU DO!

It’s summer and it’s been extra spicy outside with above average temps in the 90’s. Hey, no complaints here as I’m all for soaking in the CLE sun but hotter temperatures reminds me of an important component to your nutrition and overall well being: HYDRATION!

You’re probably all thinking the same thing “Coach Amie, when it’s hot outside I love staying hydrated with an icy cold beer…or margarita….or glass of sweet tea’’.

You’re all in good company on this! But, before you crack open that beverage or top off your glass, let’s chat about why being and staying hydrated is essential!

When it comes to staying hydrated, your go to is that H2O goodness! Water is your friend for sooo many important reasons.

While it may not feel super duper sexy, there are important reasons why you should drink water from helping with your weight loss goals and maintaining radiant, youthful skin to enjoying better sleep and preventing infections! NO seriously – here’s what water does for your body:
