Grilled Tomato + Burrata

(make 4-6 servings)

  • 3-4 large, firm tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ball burrata
  • basil, fresh
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the cut side of the tomatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place cut-side down on the grill for 3-4 minutes until lightly charred.
  3. Transfer tomatoes to a platter. Tear the burrata over the top and sprinkle with fresh basil. Drizzle lightly with olive oil before serving.
  4. Enjoy!
