(make 4-6 servings)
- 3-4 large, firm tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ball burrata
- basil, fresh
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Brush the cut side of the tomatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place cut-side down on the grill for 3-4 minutes until lightly charred.
- Transfer tomatoes to a platter. Tear the burrata over the top and sprinkle with fresh basil. Drizzle lightly with olive oil before serving.
