Frosted (Protein) Lemonade

(makes 1 serving)

  • 1-2 servings of Lemonade-flavored Ultima electrolytes (adjust for desired taste)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 12 ounces of water
  • 2 cups of ice

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
