EGG WRAPS

Egg Wraps! This is a fun, hands on activity you can do Saturday/Sunday mornings with the family. Let the kiddos or your plus one pick their favorite fillers and get cracking (those eggs).

Today’s recipe: EGG WRAPS

And, this isn’t just limited to breakfast – everyone loves breakfast for dinner to break up the Monday – Friday evening monotony. Join me in the kitchen now and stay fueled.

YOU’LL NEED THESE THINGS:

1 Egg for each wrap

1 Tablespoon of milk for each wrap

Fillings of choice: veggies, protein, avocado, etc.

Salt and pepper

FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat a small non-stick skillet over medium heat. Be sure to coat well with cooking spray.

In a bowl, crack one egg and whisk well. Add milk and whisk until combined.

Pour into hot skillet and tilt skillet to cover entire bottom of pan.

Season and cook for 30 seconds.

Using a large spatula, carefully flip the egg. Cook for another 30 seconds and remove from heat.

Allow to cool and add fillings of your choice and roll together.
