(makes 6 servings)
- 1 cup nut butter of choice (peanut butter, almond butter, etc.)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until a thick dough forms
- Press into a small lined container (like a loaf pan)
- Chill in the refrigerator or freezer for 30-60 minutes until firm
- Slice into squares and enjoy!
