- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1-2 tablespoons sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, etc.)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
- Pour into a bowl, cover, and chill for 2-3 hours before eating.
