Chocolate Cottage Cheese Mousse

(makes 1-2 servings)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, etc.)
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
  2. Pour into a bowl, cover, and chill for 2-3 hours before eating.
  3. Enjoy!
