HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:

1 lb. ground turkey (or chicken)

1 c. cooked quinoa

⅓-½ c. buffalo sauce (Frank’s is a great choice!)

2 stalks of celery, chopped
-
2 carrots, shredded
-
1 pint of cherry tomatoes, halved
-
Greens of your choice
-
Blue Cheese Crumbles
FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

Cook and drain ground turkey. Let cool for a few minutes and stir in cooked quinoa and buffalo sauce.

Place on top of greens and add carrots, celery, tomato and blue cheese crumbles.
Stay Fueled
