Enjoy this in the morning, mid afternoon or post dinner. Today’s menu is a Bomb A$$ Smoothie Bowl! Super delicious, super easy and something you will quickly learn to love. BOMB A$$ SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients: Here’s What You Need
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • ¼-½ C. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 C. spinach
  • 1 Scoop protein powder
  • 1 T. Almond or peanut butter
  • 1 T. Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 T. Shredded coconut (optional)
Recipe: Follow These Steps
  • Blend banana, milk, protein powder and milk until smooth.
  • Start with 1/4 c of the almond milk and add remaining until you reach your desired consistency.
  • This should be thick enough to be eaten with a spoon.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with nut butter, pumpkin seeds and coconut.
