(makes one serving)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk of choice
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add additional milk if needed to achieve desired consistency.
