Blueberry Chia Smoothie

(makes one serving)

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add additional milk if needed to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Enjoy!
