Banana Nut Breakfast Farro is the most perfect dish to wake up to on a cold fall or winter morning. It’s hearty, comforting, sweet + delicious! You and your kids can play with different toppings, too (they will definitely be excited about that).

BANANA NUT BREAKFAST FARRO

Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

  • ½ cup cooked farro

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon honey or, maple syrup

  • 1 banana or, ½ cup of berries

  • chopped nuts, optional

Recipe: Follow These Steps

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, add farro and milk. Stir well. Microwave for 90 seconds. Stir again and microwave for 15-30 more seconds. Stir in vanilla.

  2. Top with cinnamon, honey or maple syrup, fruit and any additional toppings you prefer.
