(makes 12 servings)
- 1 cup natural almond butter (the creamier the better)
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup diced apricots
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- In a medium pot, heat almond butter and honey until texture is runny
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey and almond butter mixture with the remaining ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Place mixture into a parchment-lined 9×13 pan and press evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 45 minutes before cutting into bars.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator or freezer.
