Air Fryer Tuna Patties
(Makes 1 serving)
1 can tuna, drained
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup panko
salt and pepper, to taste
freshly squeezed lemon juice
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, beaten egg, panko, salt, and pepper.Form mixture into 3-4 patties.
Air Fry patties at 375 degrees for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over top and serve!
