APPLE PIE ENERGY BITES

Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted

  • 1 cup dehydrated apples

  • ½ cup raw walnuts

  • ½ cup oats

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 2 Tablespoons water (if needed)

  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds

Recipe: Follow These Step:

  • Remove pits from dates and soak in hot water for 10 minutes. Place dates in your food processor. Save a few tablespoons of water in case the mixture is too thick.

  • Add all remaining ingredients to the food processor along with the dates and blend until they are a dough-like texture.

  • If the mixture is a bit dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of the reserved water and pulse until the right consistency.

  • With a spoon, scoop out the mixture and roll it into balls. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 3-4 hours before eating.
