Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Fudge

(makes 6 servings)

  • 1 cup nut butter of choice (peanut butter, almond butter, etc.)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until a thick dough forms
  2. Press into a small lined container (like a loaf pan)
  3. Chill in the refrigerator or freezer for 30-60 minutes until firm
  4. Slice into squares and enjoy!
