Prepare for a Healthier Year!

A brand new year = a brand-new opportunity to show up for YOU!

Before we go sprinting into the next 12 months, let’s pause for a quick flex of reflection. Not for vague resolutions that disappear by February—but for real action. The kind that helps you move better, feel better and live stronger!

Because this year? You’re not just talking about your goals.

You are creating a game plan to crush them—booyah!

Before saying “goodbye’ to 2025, it’s time for you to reflect, recharge and refocus!

Why? Because looking back on your 2025 journey helps you move into 2026 with more clarity and purpose. So, take a sec to ask yourself:

  • Did 2025 bring the progress you wanted—physically, mentally and emotionally?

  • Did you show up for yourself even when life got hectic?

  • Did you conquer some fears (and maybe meet a few new ones)?

  • What did you learn that can make this year even better?

No matter where you’re starting, this reflection gives you the playbook to take on 2026 healthier, happier, stronger, and more confident than ever!

MEASURING YOUR 2025 WINS!

Before diving into the next chapter, let’s look at how far you’ve come. (Spoiler: you’ve done more than you think!) Here are four ways to measure your success:

#1. Strength & Mobility: Underrated but absolutely essential—it directly affects your quality of life both now and as you age! Being able to move freely and independently without pain should make you want to exercise!

No one wants to depend on others to bathe, go to the bathroom  or grab groceries. Staying strong and mobile means you’re not only living your best life now—but setting yourself up to keep doing so for years to come.

As a coach, seeing RF Warriors grab weights they never thought they could or progress in an exercise that once felt impossible is my favorite part of the job! Something as simple as increasing your squat depth because your knees are stronger or pulling more weight on your deadlift makes my heart burst.

Remember: when it comes to exercise, any win is a big win! And if you’re ever curious about your progress throughout the year—ask one of us! Your RF coaches track all your exercises, progressions, and weights so we can celebrate every victory with you.

#2.  Energy & Mood: Feeling more upbeat? Sleeping better? Less stressed? These are huge wins! The best kind of progress isn’t always something you can see—it’s how you feel living your life every day.  The right workouts can give you a positive mental boost, helping you stay motivated and energized for everything life throws at you.

If you are noticeably happier and more energetic, all aspects of your lifeoutside the gym will, too improve! Your personal relationships with your spouse/significant other, kids, co-workers, and friends all benefit when you are the best version of yourself!

#3. Clothes & Confidence: Your jeans don’t lie! If your clothes fit better or you’re strutting with a little more confidence, that’s your body composition changing for the better!

Nothiing feels better than fittinginto an opld pair of jeans or slipping into that dress and feeling like YOU!

#4. Body Composition: The scale? It’s one small data point— your weight —and not the full picture.

What else should you track? Your body composition! Unlike the scale, body composition tells you how much muscle and fat you have, which is a more accurate measure of overall health.

Regardless if your goals are linked to weight loss, fat loss, building strength, looking a certain aesthetic or fitting into clothes better, your body composition gives the data needed to understand all of the above! Plus, as you age, muscle mass naturally decreases, especially in women. Tracking changes in your muscle mass and body fat will help you understand whether your workouts and nutrition plan are working for you.

Want a precise measure of your body composition? Schedule an InBody Scan at Results Fitness! This 90-second, non-invasive scan gives you detailed data on muscle and fat percentages.

SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR 2026 SUCCESS!

Alright, it’s game time! Let’s make 2026 your strongest, healthiest, most confident year yet. Here’s how:

1. Find Your Gym Home: Sure, you could join the $10 gym down the road… but will you go?

At Results Fitness, it’s more than a gym—it’s a family. A community that knows your name, cheers you on, and reminds you that you’re stronger than you think!

2. Choose Workouts That Work for YOU: If your goals include getting stronger, toning up, improving mobility, or simply feeling better in your body—strength training is your golden ticket!

Our Small Group Personal Training sessions are built around exactly that—progressive strength workouts that deliver results and make you feel unstoppable both in and outside the gym!

3. Team Up With a Coach Who Gets It: Not all workouts—or coaches—are created equal!

Our Results Fitness coaches meet you where you are, build a plan that fits your body and life, and hold you accountable (in the most loving way possible 😉). We track your lifts, progress, and form—so all you have to do is show up and do the work.

4. Keep It Fun! Yes, exercising is hard – it’s supposed to be – BUT that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun!

Slamming medicine balls into the ground while your new gym friend is cheering you on makes you feel so good, strong and awesome! And, if you like the people you are exercising with, the coaches, and the workouts, you will show up more and notice the shift from feeling like you ‘have to exericse’ to *wanting* to workout!

At Results Fitness, we beleive in working hard AND having FUN! We don’t take ourselves too seriously and bring the expertise and laughs to every workout!

THIS YEAR, MAKE IT STICK!

Here’s the truth: Most fitness goals fizzle not because you can’t do it—but because you try to do it alone.

You don’t need to be perfect—you just need to keep showing up, learn, adjust, and have support when life gets messy (because it will).

So… if “figuring it out on your own” hasn’t worked—maybe it’s time to do it differently this year. At Results Fitness, we’re here to help you:
  • Set realistic, personal goals
  • Build habits that actually fit your life
  • Stay accountable every step of the way

Because 2026 isn’t just another year—it’s your year. The one where you finally feel strong, confident, and proud of what your body can do!
