ARE CHEAT DAYS HURTING YOUR GOALS?

NO MORE CHEAT DAYS – TRY THIS INSTEAD!

There are two major problems with cheat days:

#1. The word “cheat” implies shame and guilt. You shouldn’t feel bad about what you eat – you should enjoy the food you love!

#2. IF your goals are weight/fat loss, cheat days can bring either goal to a screeching halt – oh, damn!

Instead of planning a cheat day, opt for a craving meal instead!

A craving meal?! … sounds so fun – what is that and how do I do it?

Join Coach Amie now! Click the video below to learn all about craving meals and how you can still enjoy the foods you love without undoing all your hard work to hit your personal goals.
