But not just any ‘ol brownies, OMG FUDGY BROWNIES!

These are a healthy but an equally amazing spin on a favorite dessert calling for a short list of just 6 ingredients.

Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

  • 1.5 C. Rolled oats

  • 3 Ripe bananas

  • ½ C. Creamy almond butter

  • 2 T. Chopped nuts

  • 2 T. Pumpkin seeds

  • ¼ C. Unsweetened cocoa powder

Recipe: Follow These Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  • In a blender or food processor pulse oats until they are a flour texture.

  • In a large mixing bowl add oats, bananas, almond butter and cocoa powder. Mix well and be sure to mash the bananas well. Stir in nuts and pumpkin seeds.

  • Pour mixture into a greased 7×11 pan and bake for 15 min. Let cool completely before cutting and store in refrigerator.
