No Cook Mango Chicken Wraps

It’s Coach Amie back with Forking Made Easy: a collection of easy-to-follow recipes to make eating healthy taste good. This week’s menu features: No-Cook Chicken Mango Wraps. Full recipe is posted below.


(makes 2 servings)

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

  • 1/2 cup store-bought mango salsa (fresh if you can find it!)

  • Whole-grain wraps or large lettuce leaves

  1. Using desired wrap (wrap or lettuce leaves), add 1/2 cup chicken to each wrap. Top with mango salsa and enjoy!

  2. Can be topped with additional ingredients such as hot sauce, guacamole, cheese, etc. Get creative!
