Chicken Tabbouleh Bowls
(makes 1 serving)

2 cups fresh spinach

1/4 cup cooked brown rice

1/4-1/2 cup store-bought tabbouleh

4 ounces shredded rotisserie chicken

1-2 Tablespoons hummus
To a large bowl, add the spinach. Top with the brown rice followed by tabbouleh, chicken, and hummus.
