(makes one serving)
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tablespoon pistachios, shelled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 teaspoons ground flax seed
- 2 teaspoons chis seeds
In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
To enjoy hot, add 3/4-1 cup of hot water or milk, mix well and allow to sit for several minutes to soften the oats.
Add additional water or milk if needed to achieve desired consistency.
To enjoy cold, add 1/2-3/4 cup of milk, mix well and refrigerate overnight.
