Starting something new—especially a fitness journey—can feel overwhelming, intimidating, and full of doubt. For Maggie, it took one brave step (and a whole lot of support) to discover a routine, community, andstrength she didn’t know she was missing.

When I walked into Results Fitness for my very first workout, I was shaking—literally. My biggest fear was the unknown and, honestly, the fear of failure.
I had played soccer my entire life, but this felt different.I wasn’t working out consistently anymore, and I was really worried I’d just quit—that it would be too hard and not for me.
But I knew I needed a change—and that it wasn’t going to happen overnight (I mean, let’s be real, we’d all love that!).
So I took it one step at a time.
The coaches and my peers played a huge role. They accepted me right where I was and helped me get through the workouts, one day at a time.
And when I found out I was pregnant six weeks into starting, Coaches Amie, Josh, and Marissa modified the workouts for me throughout my entire pregnancy. That support made all the difference!
Before joining Results Fitness, my biggest struggle was finding a routine I could actually stick to. I was that person who would try all kinds of classes and workouts, but never follow
through. If my knee hurt, I stopped. If work got busy, I wouldn’t make the time. There was always a little excuse.
But at Results Fitness, there’s a plan. I just have to show up—they’ve got the workouts, the help, the answers, and the encouragement—it truly feels like a family!
The coaches want you to succeed. They want to see you become the best version of yourself, and you feel that during every single workout.
Since becoming a Results Fitness Warrior, my life is completely different—in the best way!
Physically, emotionally, and mentally, I am stronger!
Working out has become a habit, as I want to be healthy for my family and for myself, and finally feel like I am. I have less pain in my knee and joints, I’m more confident and happy, and finally feel like I’ve found my place!
When I look back at the Maggie from before joining RF… I just can’t believe how far I’ve come. I’m genuinely happy. It’s amazing what physical health can do for your mental and emotional well-being!

Even though that’s the hardest part, be consistent. One of the best things for me is being able to sign up for workouts in advance, which helps me stay on track and make exercise
part of my routine. And listen, not every day or week is perfect—I have a toddler, so I get it! But just keep going. You’ve got this!
And when you’re feeling down, the RF coaches and your peers will be there to lift you back up.
