- 1 slice whole-grain bread or sourdough, toasted
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 large tomato, sliced
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Top bread with cottage cheese, avocado, and tomato slices.
- Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.
