Avocado Toast with Cottage Cheese +Tomatoes

(makes one serving)
  • 1 slice whole-grain bread or sourdough, toasted
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 large tomato, sliced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Top bread with cottage cheese, avocado, and tomato slices.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.
  3. Enjoy!
