NO BAKE ENERGY BARS
Quick and simple – just the way we like it!
Your kids will love these and so will you. Great sweet bite to satiate cravings, convenient for grabbing on the go as you head out the door or, a mid-afternoon “pick me up” if you are running low on energy and need a little something.
All of the ingredients are interchangeable based on what you like. What I like best about these bars is they contain ALL real food ingredients. Most energy bars you buy prepackaged come with tons of added sugars and random additives. These are super fresh and a healthier alternative.
Have these your way – you can make into bars or roll into balls – the kiddos will love helping and experimenting with different ingredients.

NO BAKE ENERGY BARS
Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

1 cup old-fashioned oats

⅔ cup shredded coconut

½ cup nut butter

½ cup ground flaxseed

½ cup mini chocolate chips

½ cup honey
-
1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe: Follow These Steps
In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until combined.
Press into a lightly greased 8×8 pan and distribute evenly. Refrigerate for several hours and cut into 8 bars.
