Sheet Pan Garlic Parmesan Chicken & Veggies

(makes 4 servings)

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2  teaspoon Italian herbs, pinch red pepper flakes
  1. Toss chicken and veggies with oil and spices.
  2. Spread evenly on a sheet pan.
  3. Roast 25-30 min at 425°F.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan after baking.
