Red Wine and Mustard Vinaigrette


It's Coach Amie back with Forking Made Easy: a collection of easy-to-follow recipes to make eating healthy taste good. This week’s menu features Red Wine and Mustard Vinaigrette:

  • 3/4 cup red wine vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk well. 

  2. Dressing can be stored in the refrigerator in a glass jar for 7-10 days.

  3. Be sure to shake well before each use.
