Red Wine and Mustard Vinaigrette
It's Coach Amie back with Forking Made Easy: a collection of easy-to-follow recipes to make eating healthy taste good. This week’s menu features Red Wine and Mustard Vinaigrette:
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk well.
Dressing can be stored in the refrigerator in a glass jar for 7-10 days.
Be sure to shake well before each use.
