Air-Fried Banana Sundae


It's Coach Amie back with Forking Made Easy: a collection of easy-to-follow recipes to make eating healthy taste good. This week’s menu features Air-Fried Banana Sundae:

(makes one serving)

  • 1 large ripe banana

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • Additional toppings such as almond or peanut butter, coconut flakes, fresh diced fruit, cinnamon and honey

  1. Slice the banana lengthwise and place it peel-side down in the air fryer basket.

  2. Air fry the banana @ 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes or, until slightly caramelized on top.

  3. Remove the banana from the basket and top with Greek yogurt and any additional toppings.

  4. Enjoy!
