Group Training fuses strength with cardio style training, the ultimate combination to torch body fat and build lean muscle (aka get “toned”). Even in large group settings, you will always be coached and given modifications to prevent injury and maximize results.
The Results Fitness version of personal training in a small group setting – up to 5 members per coach. Semi-Private Training sessions are optimal for learning how to move well and exercise effectively (proper form +technique), building lean muscle and decreasing body fat. These sessions are a game change for physical transformation since they focus on developing strength, which means you get stronger, build more muscle and ultimately, burn more fat (muscle burns fat like an incinerator)! You will have your very own customized workout program based on your individual goals and receive 1:1 coaching.
