Nutrition doesn’t have to be difficult; it’s a matter of incorporating foods that fuel and nourish your body while adopting lifestyle habits that move you towards achieving your goals.
At Results Fitness, learning about nutrition basics is part of any comprehensive fitness plan. We provide nutrition guidelines and recipes to help you gain a better understanding of proper food selection, portion control, nutrient timing, and hydration.
While nutrition guidelines are included as part of your comprehensive training program, Personalized Nutrition Coaching is a unique service and membership if you need hands-on, high-touch support, coaching and guidance with your nutrition habits and lifestyle. All programs are customzied and lead by our House Nutrition Sherpa and certified nutrition coach, Matthias Breon.
Nutrition is key when it comes to setting goals and adapting habits leading to a healthier, sustainable lifestyle. Nutrition coaching bridges the relationship between fitness and nutrition by educating how one affects the other. These sessions are specific and unique to the individual since goals and behaviors vary. The Results Fitness Personalized Nutrition Coaching programs are led by our Nutrition Sherpa, Matthias Breon, PN2, who helps members adopt sustainable habits that turn into modified behaviors. Together, these habits from the basis of change and are the most effective tool for a long-term, and most importantly, sustainable lifestyle.

This program is for YOU if you’re looking to dip your toe in nutrition and ready to learn the basic building blocks of proper nutrition.
Nutrition Fundamentals empowers you to develop self-awareness around your eating habits and introduces you to the basic fundamentals of how to eat for your goals. With this program, make incremental changes to your current lifestyle and nutrition habits that will help you bridge the gap between where you are today and where you envision yourself in three months.
You and your coach will determine a method of food logging, either Macros or Calories, through which your coach will make adjustments and guide you though obstacles.
Your transformation will be guided by a certified coach who you will love and support you every step of the way. Are you ready to begin a new adventure and lay the foundation for future successes?
• Meet with your coach 1:1 to develop your personalized strategy specific to your own challenges and goals.
