Added bonus – it will also help you maximize your results since you can’t out-train your diet! Nutrition doesn’t have to be difficult; it’s a matter of incorporating foods that fuel and nourish your body while adopting lifestyle habits that move you towards achieving your goals.
At Results Fitness, learning about nutrition basics is part of your comprehensive fitness plan. We provide nutrition guidelines and recipes to help you gain a better understanding of proper food selection, portion control, nutrient timing, and hydration.
While nutrition guidelines are included as part of your comprehensive training program, Nutrition Coaching is also available as an individual service.
Nutrition is key when it comes to setting goals and adapting habits leading to a healthier, sustainable lifestyle. Nutrition coaching bridges the relationship between fitness and nutrition by educating members how one affects the other. These sessions are specific and unique to the individual since goals and behaviors vary. The Results Fitness Nutrition Coaching program is led by our Nutrition Sherpa, Mattias Breon, PN1, who helps members adopt sustainable habits that turn into modified behaviors. Together, these habits from the basis of change and are the most effective tool for a long-term, and most importantly, sustainable diet.
If you’re feeling stuck with nutrition, have an unhealthy relationship with food or despite your efforts at the gym, aren’t seeing results, this program may be the missing link to looking and feeling your strongest, healthiest most confident self!

Our 3 Month Nutrition Coaching Program is customized to YOU! This means NO two programs will be the same, and this isn’t a restricting diet depriving you of what you enjoy eating. Based on where you’re at, we will help you realign your habits, teach you what to eat & when, and work with you to develop healthy, lifelong skills.
